What I actually do

Informational sites

One page or a few. Who you are, what you do, where to find you, and a phone number that works on a tap. The version most small businesses actually need.

Interactive sites

Everything above plus working parts: booking and quote forms that reach your inbox, tabbed menus, photo galleries, reviews, FAQ sections, and an English/Spanish toggle.

Online stores

Product pages, categories, search, cart, and real checkout through Stripe. Money goes straight to your account. You manage your own inventory from a dashboard.

Business formation filing

Filing your LLC paperwork with the Texas Secretary of State, getting your EIN, and pointing you to a registered agent.

Filing service only. Initium is not a law firm and does not give legal advice. For questions about entity structure or liability, talk to an attorney.

About

Who you're actually working with

I'm Alvaro. I build every site here myself — no outsourcing, no account manager passing messages back and forth. You talk to the person writing the code.

I grew up around small businesses. My dad runs a masonry and stucco contracting company and my mom runs an insurance agency, so I've spent years watching what actually brings work in the door for a local operation — and what a website has to do to help instead of just sitting there.

I'm studying civil engineering, which mostly means I'd rather things be measured, tested, and working than merely look nice. If something on your site is broken, I want to find it before your customers do.

How it goes

Four steps, start to live

STEP 01

Talk

Twenty minutes. What the business does, who calls you, and what you want the site to get done.

STEP 02

Draft

First working version within a few days. Not a mockup — a real site you can click through on your phone.

STEP 03

Revise

You tell me what's wrong. Colors, wording, photos, layout. We go back and forth until it reads right.

STEP 04

Launch

Live on your domain with a walkthrough of how to update it. You own the files either way.

Start here

Tell me what you're building

Send a few lines about the business. I'll come back with what I'd build and what it costs — no charge to ask.
