I grew up around small businesses. My dad runs a masonry and stucco contracting company and my mom runs an insurance agency, so I've spent years watching what actually brings work in the door for a local operation — and what a website has to do to help instead of just sitting there.

This website describes services offered by Initium, a web design and business filing service based in Katy, Texas. The example sites shown in the interactive window are demonstrations built to show what's possible. They are not real businesses.
Anything I quote by email, phone, or through this site is an estimate based on what I understand at the time. Prices shown on this site are ranges, not fixed offers. Work begins only once we've both agreed in writing on scope and price.
When your project is paid in full, you own the finished files and the content you provided. You can host them wherever you want, hand them to another developer, or change them yourself. I may show the finished work as an example of what I've built unless you ask me not to.
Initium is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. The formation service means preparing and submitting paperwork you direct me to file, and helping you obtain an EIN. Choosing an entity type, understanding liability, and drafting operating agreements are legal questions for an attorney.
Sites I build may rely on outside services such as hosting, form delivery, domain registration, or payment processing. Those companies set their own terms, pricing, and uptime, and I can't control their outages or policy changes.
I'll build what we agreed on and fix what I got wrong. What I can't take responsibility for is lost revenue, lost data, or business consequences that follow from a website being temporarily down, a third-party service failing, or content you asked me to publish.
